Air-conditioned, quiet, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The bathroom is also very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a generous selection in a very spacious, bright, and pleasant setting. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from restaurants and bars, and within easy walking distance of the Basilica, the Parliament Building, and the Opera House....

I’ve been to Budapest many times. I’ve stayed at many good hotels, both cheaper and more expensive ones. The Medos Hotel was a pleasant surprise. I’m usually very critical and notice flaws, but here, everything was simply flawless. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the room itself was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The only thing that surpassed this good impression was the breakfast. Considering it’s a 3-star hotel, the breakfast offered a wide selection. There were several kinds of cheese, ham, eggs, and much more—everything was fresh and neatly arranged. The waitstaff were all very attentive. I’ve been visiting Budapest for years, and I’ve never stayed at the same hotel twice. I would be very happy if there were a room available for me at the Medos Hotel again on my next trip to Budapest—it’s a wonderful hotel!

"From our suite on the 10th floor, we had a spectacular view of the city."
It’s right in the heart of downtown, so everything is easily accessible from there (public transportation, restaurants, entertainment venues, museums). The staff is very polite and friendly. Our suite on the 10th floor offered a magnificent view of the city. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave, and tableware. Since they only serve breakfast, you can prepare your own dinner in the small kitchenette. I found it strange that no one else spoke Hungarian besides us... Yet it’s an affordable hotel compared to prices in the capital.
